Description: Ms. Blunnie describes changes in the Sunnyside neighborhood. There is a Wendy's fast food restaurant on Queens Boulevard between Locust and 45th streets. This site used to be owned by a family who built a tennis court as well as the Sunnyside Gardens Arena, a popular boxing venue.
