Description: Daniel Rapelye Barn - Shingled barn of David Rapelye on the south side of Poor Bowery Road, north of Northern Blvd. at about 89th Street (former 32nd St.), now the SE corner 32nd Avenue and 89th Street. This photo shows numerous wooden barrels stored at the barn. The house was owned by David D. Rapelye 1852; P.D. Rapelye 1860; Rapelye Estate 1873; D. Rapelye Est. 1891; H. Gebhardt 1896; Later Witte occupied. This photo was taken March 1923; the house was and barns were gone by May 1926.
