She spends a lot of time with local Long Island organizations such as the Smithtown Democratic Committee, Suffolk County Democratic Committee, and the Sons of Italy group. She has lived in: Smithown, NY; Bayside, NY; Plainview, NY; and Pompano Beach, Florida. She is a caring and loving individual with strong family values and traditions that she still abides by today. Her strong family ties are with her father's side of the family, which is of Italian heritage. Deborah grew up on Long Island, but lived a small part of her life in Queens, and some summers when she was younger in Italy."
