Description: Dr. Al Fisher with son Stephen on 48th Street rooftop where he worked and the family lived. The Fisher's lived in Woodside on 48th Street near Greenpoint Avenue and Queens Boulevard until Stephen and Adria were 13 and 11 years old respectively. This photo was taken on the Woodside rooftop. Dr. Al Fisher, had his medical practice on the first floor and the family lived upstairs. He was a general practitioner at first, and then a dermatologist. In 1950, they moved from that house to our Sunnyside Gardens home on 39th Avenue near 46th Street. Our parents sold the house in 1961 and moved into Manhattan.​
