Description: Edgar Tinoco talks about life goals that he is striving for through his career. He wants to open his own restaurants where he would be the executive chef. He also shows a desire to want to help other immigrants get on their feet and provide for themselves and their families, since there are a lot of struggles that he and immigrants in general have to deal with. He then mentions that he has good memories of Mexico but never wants to move back. He considers NYC his home now and expresses his hope for national immigration reform.
