Description: Ekta Kaur shares that religion is extremely important in lives of Indians. They celebrate Diwali here as well as Holi. She also does Karva Chauth, the one day fast women perform for their husband's life. Her husband is not really fond of that holiday as he grew up in the US. She and her sister in law go to the temple and do their prayer. When they celebrate Holi, they decorate the front of their home and put colored powder on each other's cheeks. She also attends temples frequently nearby her home.
