Description: A conductor poses in front of a car at the Huntington Railroad trolley terminal, located at the Farmingdale Long Island Rail Road station, whose building is seen in the background. An electric sub-station was added to the Farmingdale station between 1908 and 1909 to accommodate the Hunting Railroad. The trolley car pictured here is identified in accompanying materials as previously belonging to the Ocean Electric Railway.
