Description: Gjeva Celaj recalls her childhood on a farm in Peja, Kosovo and the many foods her family produced themselves on their farm. She explains how she still makes homemade yogurt, but has adapted new customs around coffee. She used to roast and grind Turkish style coffee herself, but now buys it in the Bronx from Italian and Albanian food stores.
