Description: Jack Rubin of Floral Park has no choice but to push his bicycle along Little Neck Parkway through the floodwaters left by Hurricane Edna. The bicycle's basket and Mr. Rubin's coat sleeves are outlined in ink on the print, probably to improve contrast for printing in the newspaper.
