Description: Jerry Persaud refrains from eating meat for religious reasons four days a week. He discusses the significance of cows in the Hindu faith and how their milk can nourish outside their own species. He also talks about the benefits of the way people eat in Guyana, off of a leaf with their fingers rather then plates and utensils.
