Description: An exterior view of the hotel, a large resort situated on acres of land. The sign over the entrance gates at far right reads, "Donnelly's / Waeldchen & Boulevard [Hotel] / Geo. Ehret's Lager Beer." At left, two police officers stand on the sidewalk, and two people can be seen on the open porch of the building. Popular as a meeting place for large organizations, including political parties, it was here that Teddy Roosevelt announced his candidacy for the New York State Assembly.
