Description: Mary Kaiser recalls an ice cream parlor that was on the corner of Parsons and 45th Ave near her home in Flushing. She remembers the Easter displays and the smell of chocolate melting in the winter for the homemade candies. She would meet her friend Margaret there after school for an ice cream or a coke.
