Description: Maspeth Avenue - The south side of Maspeth Avenue just west of 61st Street (old Fresh Pond road, aka Clermont Avenue). The house on the right was Old No. 31 Maspeth Ave., and was owned by Furman 1873; house second from right was Mrs. Winterson 1873; 3rd from Right at Old No. 51 Maspeth Ave. was also Mrs. Winterson 1873. At extreme left, part of the skeleton of the New St. Stanislaus Catholic Church is visible, being built on the site of the old Quaker Meeting House and Cemetery. March 1923
