He worked in private practice for the majority of his career, and currently runs the health center Flowers Physical Therapy. The interview discusses his educational path and that of his children, his career, and the neighborhoods of Springfield Gardens and Addisleigh Park (Queens), Greenlawn (Long Island) and Eastern Parkway (Brooklyn).
