Description: Abraham Van Siclen Lott House - aka Stephen I. Lott House. Located on the south side of 62nd Drive, just west of Colonial Ave., and about 500 feet south of the Old Coe House (aka Titus House). Lott House was built 1843 on Site of an older house, and was torn down May 1960 to make way for an apartment building. The property was known in Early 20th Century as "Viamede". Stephen I. Lott had come from the town of Jamaica (Woodhaven Area).
