Description: Sedgwick House - Olive colored frame mansion on the south side of Calamus Avenue between 69th Place and 70th Street. The Sedgwick family occupied this house from 1870 until the time of this photograph was taken in April 1925, and probably after, the house was eventually torn down and townhouses built here in 1950.
