Description: Long Island City was an industrial area in the 1990's and quiet on the weekends. Queens did not have much to do, Murray Park was desolate. He would often go to Greenpoint Brooklyn where there wa more going on. That area had a lot of Polish immigrants and he admired their craftsmanship.
