Schrof House at NW corner of 59th Place (aka Astoria Rd., aka Old Penny Bridge Road). The address became 59-27 Maspeth Avenue and was still standing in 2018. The peak roof house beyond 59th Place is the Divine House (aka Kolyer House, aka Van Mater House) at old No. 90a Maspeth Avenue, demolished April 1923. [Note: horse and carriage center]
