Description: This extremely small collection is composed of about a dozen items, and apparently are a few miscellaneous papers held by Amos Denton who was one of the administrators of Mr. Waite’s estate. More specifically, found in the collection are Mr. Waite’s will (naming his wife Jane, and his son, John Henry Ludlum, and his son-in-law, Amos Denton) as executors; several copies of legal receipts signed by those receiving shares of the estate; a Statement of Final Distribution of funds (dated Aug 1905); and a small rather fragmentary account book dated 1892-1902 bearing Mr. Ludlum’s name.
