Historical/Biographical Note
According to Munsell's HISTORY OF QUEENS COUNTY (1832), the Jackson family lived in the town of Hempstead, (probably in the Jerusalem area, or present day Wantaugh). We do not have any other information regarding this individual except that he was probably born in 1763 and died in 1829 (Meigs NASSAU COUNTY CEMETERIES).
