Description: This very small collection consists of only some nine documents, miscellaneous papers relating to a boundary dispute between Elias' Hubbard and the Trustees of School District No. l in the Town of Flatlands. Included among these miscellaneous papers are a document described as a "Field Book" listing figures from a survey; a "sketch of the involved property; and a copy of the deed. It would appear that the majority of the documents are copies of earlier documents originally issued in the 17th or 18th centuries, these presumably used in settling the dispute.
