One of its strong features is that it includes virtually every issue of NEWS AND NOTES, a newsletter issued to members, from Mar 1976 to Dec 1980. This publication began virtually as early as the union itself was organized, but was not known as NEWS AND NOTES until around 1974 or 1975, but was either entitled or simply labeled as a Newsletter. Most of these early issues are also contained herein.
