Description: Hilbert Black Tingley, M.D. was born in New Brunswick, Canada on October 21, 1865. He graduated from Baltimore University Medical College in 1889 and then worked at Baptist Hospital, Boston. In March 1893 he moved to Oceanus (Rockaway Beach), where he established a practice. Married 1st Miss Kirby of Easton, M.D.; Married 2nd Miss Addie Rucker of Gainesville, Ga.
