Description: There is more damage on the inside than on the outside at Scholars' Academy. Mud flooded the sidewalks next to it a day after Hurricane Sandy, making passage impossible. The bay had overflowed on one side of the peninsula on Monday, October 29th, while the sea had raged to the other side. The school repairs took several months and students attended another school during that period.
