Description: Nancy was born in Manhattan to Puerto Rican parents, who were factory workers. Nancy worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in the shoe department; she talks about the celebrities and their personal shoppers who came through. She raised her kids in the Bronx, then moved to Astoria when they were grown, which was 30 years ago. She socializes along 30th Avenue with other local residents and attends a local senior center.
