Description: Ten years ago when Abdul Said moved to Astoria, everything was for rent, but now it's hard to find a place. When he was living in Brooklyn, he thought that noone wanted to live in Queens, but Astoria has waves of immigration in its history. It is still quieter there than in Manhattan. Abdul notes that Manhattan is all about business.
