The business does income tax returns and also provides Internet and printing services. Qazi died in 2010 of lung cancer. Shimin and Nadia speak about how he influences all that they do and how they are trying to manage without him; people running other local stores are being very supportive. Shimin and Qazi both came to New York from Bangladesh, and all their children were born in the U.S. About half of TaxIntel's clientele is Bengali-speaking; many got to know about Qazi's business through word of mouth.
