Description: When Odelmo Paltooram visited Queens Central Library to donate his digital photos of a post-Hurricane Sandy Rockaways, he sat down with QMP Director, Natalie Milbrodt to describe the photos one by one. They opened the whole folder of files on Natalie's desktop computer and arrowed through them by the order they were taken.
