Description: Mr. Hourahan states that there continues to be tension between Chinese residents from Taiwan and mainland China. Outside the Taiwan Center on Northern Boulevard he used to see posters advocating support for Taiwan's taking over the mainland. Only a few years ago did the two groups start doing a joint Chinese New Year's parade.
