Description: Ms. Tirado describes how real estate developers frequently come to take photos of the house, and try to convince them to sell it. After the adjacent house was sold, a developer tried to convince her to let them expand the driveway onto Ms. Tirado's property. When she refused, the developer gave them a hard time. She decided to put up a fence on her property before the other house sold. Developers frequently illegally expand onto other people's property.
