Description: In 1971, Norma and Robert Lee moved their family to Laurelton, Queens from their apartment in Manhattan near Central Park. The couple paid $32,000 for the Spanish colonial stucco house where Norma was still living at the time of this interview. Norma enjoyed being able to control their own heat and having a basement and yard for the children to use as play areas.
