Description: Christine Martinez took this photo on her block of Beach 91st Street in Rockaway Beach after Hurricane Sandy. According to Martinez, this sign was a joke, but she and her neighbors had heard of robberies in the area for items everyone needed at the time like blankets, clothes and cash. She believes there weren't any looters on her block because she and her neighbors were outside their homes all the time after the storm.
