Description: Mr. David Chenkin, is a lifelong Queens resident who currently resides in Bayside. He is 60 years old, of the Jewish faith, and works as head paralegal at a law firm in Nassau county. He discusses his family history the traditional foods he has grown up with and how they were created by his culture. He also explores some three and a half centuries worth of history with regards to Judaism and the meaning of the title of Sephardi Jew.
