Description: Sometimes the foods we grow up eating remain our favorites because they trigger warm and nostalgic memories of home and childhood. But not always. Luis Pinzon describes his lifelong dislike for cuy (Guinea pig), an Ecuadorian specialty he grew up eating and still encounters in the homes of family and friends now living in New York City.
