Description: Irmgard Beetle talks about her life in Stuttgart, Germany and when she immigrated to the US shortly after WWII. She then discusses traditional German food and the availability of it in the US. She has never found one of her favorite dishes, maultaschen, in the United States, but everything else can either be made at home or found in a restaurant in New York City.
