Description: A well-dressed Fire Island visitor pulls her hand luggage in a wagon along Bay Avenue, the car-free main street of Ocean Beach. At left, beyond the luncheonette, are the offices of the Fire Island News, and in the distance, to the right of center, is Maguire's restaurant. Both establishments still exist at the time of this writing.
