Description: Dr Leonard Rodberg discusses his work in nuclear policy during the 1960s, before coming to Queens College. Beginning with the Kennedy Administration in 1961, he contributed to nuclear disarmament plans that ultimately resulted in the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty of 1963 and the later START Treaty. After leaving government work, he taught physics and joined the Institute for Policy Studies, a Washington-based think tank.
