Description: De La Corte Inn (Della Corte Inn) - East side of Colonial Ave. at Mill Creek (aka Horse Brook), between Waldron St. and Van Doren St. The view is looking SE Colonial Ave. is part of old north Hempstead Turnpike. The Long Island Expressway was later built over this entire area. The Inn was built 1883, and was rebuilt in October 1930.
