Description: Grey Peak House - with extension in rear, and barn. On the line of 101st St. (old 44th St.) about 125 feet south of 37th Ave. (formerly Polk Ave.). The house was located on the only undeveloped tract of land in the area in 1923, which extended from midway between old 42nd St. and 43rd St. to midway between old 45th St. and 46th St., from 37th Ave. south, almost all the way to old Sackett St. (39th Ave.). Photo taken May 1923.
