Description: Abraham Van Siclen Lott House - looking west along 62nd Drive from Colonial Ave. (both roads are part of old north Hempstead Turnpike aka Old Mill Rd.). View of north & east sides of the Abraham Van Siclen Lott House. The house was built in 1843 by Stephen I. Lott on the site of the old house. Most of the farm sold in 1926 for apartment buildings. The house was torn down May 1960 for more apartment buildings. The property was known as "Viamede" in Early 20th Century. Photo taken April 1923.
