Description: Methodist Episcopal Meeting House and Burial Grounds - the old Methodist Episcopal Cemetery in a desecrated state. West side of Dry Harbor Rd. (80th St.) south of Furmanville Ave. at 65-16 and 65-18 Dry Harbor Rd. About half a dozen stones remained, some broken. The White stone in view was inscribed "Susannah Calyer Died 1839, Aged 3 Years". Here stood the former M.E. Meeting House, replaced by the Middle Village Methodist Episcopal Church on Metropolitan Ave. Houses in Photo are on 79th Place. Photo taken April 1923.
