Description: Waldron House and Barn - The current NW corner of Elwell Crescent and 64th Road, at 63-60 Elwell Crescent. Built in 1760 by Samuel Waldron, a blacksmith (1715-1771), he married Anna Delameter on April 25, 1735, and they moved to Newtown. Owned by: J.J. Tompkins 1852, 60, 73, 91. This view is from Penelope Ave. (now 63rd Drive) looking east. At the time this photo was taken, in April 1923, the yellow house was abandoned.
