Description: Waldron House and Barn - (aka J.J. Tompkins House), built 1760 by Samuel Waldron, a distance east of Juniper Swamp Rd. (now 63rd Drive) and north of Carlton St., currently the NW corner of Elwell Crescent and 64th Road, at 63-60 Elwell Crescent. Owned by: J.J. Tompkins 1852, 60, 73, 91. In 1915 Matawok Land Co. owned the property. At the time this photo was taken, in April 1923, the yellow house was abandoned. This photo shows collapsed porch on west facade.
