Description: Metropolitan Avenue - SE corner of Metropolitan Ave. and Himrod St. The peak roofed house was the A.C. Herring House (1860), and the Kaiser family owned and occupied it in the 1870's into the early 1900's, Andrew Kaiser had this demolished in the mid-1920's.
