Description: Mary says when academic institutions are small, students can afford to take part in school sponsored activities and amenities. Now that academic institutions have grown, it's harder to engage the srudents, and the warmth is gone. She also discusses how, with so many students working jobs while attending school, they have to try to schedule classes to be more convenient to the students.
