Description: Pauline was born October 24, 1960. She was born in Korea and adopted at seven and one-half months by European American parents. Pauline grew up in Milwaukee and lived in the same house from the time she was adopted until she turned eighteen years old. Pauline has lived in Jackson Heights since January 1997, in the same apartment. Pauline stated that she is most associated with founding Queens Pride House and NYAGRA (New York Association for Gender Rights Advocacy). Leading the campaign for the City Transgender Rights Law was the greatest honor and accomplishment of a lifetime.
