Description: Former Mount Olivet Hotel - Was located on the west side of Mt. Olivet Crescent (formerly Olivet Ave.), south of 62nd Avenue (Evelin Ave.). Built by Charles Dlouhy in 1897; later owned by Welz & Zerweck Brewery, and operated as a hotel/saloon by Louis Niederstein. Starting in 1920's the Fresh Pond Crematory Corporation owned it up until the 1960's.
