Description: Howard House - (Mrs. Howard House, aka Thompson House, aka Odekirk House, aka old Presbyterian Parsonage) Clapboard house with shingled front on the south side of Queens Boulevard, about three blocks east of Woodhaven Blvd. (old No. 234). The house was Samuel Coe House, then ca. 1695 the Presbyterian Parsonage for over a Century, then Bacon, then Thompson, then the Howards, and then ca. 1909 Robert T. Odekirk. It was known as the Robert Odekirk House when moved to a new site at Queens Blvd. and Jupiter Ave. (62nd Ave.) for the widening of Queens Blvd. Finally it was purchased by Rego Park Construction Co. for use as an office, and was torn down in April 1930.
