Description: Riker House at Bowery Bay - A view along the lane at the Riker House on Bowery Bay, the house was located on the south side of Old Bowery Bay Road, across from the Riker Rapelye-Lent House (which stands at 78-03 19th Avenue). Owned by Jakobus Riker during the Revolutionary War; John L Riker in 1852, 1860; John L. Riker Estate in 1873, 1891; the house was destroyed by arson April 1938.
