The photo was taken at Victor Koenig’s Restaurant at 651 Onderdonk Ave. at Linden Street in Ridgewood, Koenig’s restaurant later became Sammet's. The newly enlisted soldier's in this photo drink beer in front of a sign that reads "Ridgewood Kaiser Hunters".
